Melissa Wiebeck is responsible for the strategic direction and operational success of Tall Cotton Capital.

Prior to Tall Cotton, she was a Vice President at Convergent Capital, a real estate private equity firm. Preceding Convergent Capital, she acquired extensive experience in the senior housing industry at Horizon Bay Senior Living . Melissa began her career as an investment banker at Hyde Park Capital, a firm that specializes in Florida middle market mergers and acquisitions.
